Our Story: A Movement Born in the Darkest Hour
On February 28, 2022, as Ukraine faced unthinkable devastation, Ukrainian Patriot (UP) was born from the unshakable determination to act. It began with our founder Lana and a small team of volunteers, loading their cars with supplies and driving into conflict zones. What started as a grassroots response has grown into a trusted lifeline for thousands across the frontline regions of Ukraine.
At UP, every mission is personal. Every delivery carries not just aid, but a message of solidarity. We don’t just deliver supplies; we bring light, love, hope, and connection to those who need it most. Guided by our five pillars, we are rebuilding lives and strengthening resilience one act of kindness at a time.
Humanitarian

We deliver essential relief to communities affected by the conflict, including food, water, hygiene kits, and critical supplies. Our efforts ensure that families facing hardship have access to the necessities for survival, offering dignity and hope during times of crisis. With a focus on supporting frontline communities, we respond quickly and effectively to the most urgent needs, including our four-legged friends, bringing immediate aid to those who need it most.
Medical supplies

We provide hospitals and stablilisation points with vital medical supplies and equipment to save lives and improve healthcare outcomes. From individual first aid kits (IFAKs) to advanced medical devices, we ensure that healthcare providers are equipped to treat injuries and illnesses in the most challenging conditions. Our medical aid strengthens Ukraine’s healthcare infrastructure and supports those on the frontlines of care.
Protective gear
Safety is essential for those defending Ukraine. We supply defenders and volunteers with critical protective gear, including helmets, vests, and first aid kits. This ensures they operate safely and effectively, providing peace of mind as they protect our communities. Our protective equipment helps save lives and underscores our commitment to the safety of Ukraine’s defenders, first responders, and volunteers on the frontlines.
Recognising the psychological toll of war, we offer trauma counselling, therapy, and emotional support to defenders, civilians, and families affected by conflict. Our mental health programs are designed to foster resilience, aid recovery, and provide tools for long-term healing. By addressing invisible wounds, we aim to restore hope and well-being to those struggling with the effects of war.
