Help Us Build a Safe Outdoor Space for Children Healing from War
Last year, Ukrainian Patriot took on an ambitious mission: to transform an old house into the Resilience House, a place where children from frontline communities could find safety, rest, and recovery.
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we completed a full renovation of the building, creating warm, comfortable, and welcoming spaces inside.

This summer we welcomed our very first group of children: thirty kids from small towns and villages near the frontline. For seven days, they lived at the Resilience House, away from the stress and danger of their daily reality. They played, laughed, made friends, and simply had the chance to be children again.
The camp was a resounding success, and it proved something important: this model works, and it saves childhoods.
But our work is far from finished. Right now, the area surrounding the Resilience House is bare and unequipped, with no shaded gathering spaces, seating, or outdoor activity equipment.
That is why we are launching the second phase of our project: creating a fully equipped outdoor area for recreation, sport, and creative activities.
We will add outdoor benches, chairs, and bean bag seating, creating comfortable spaces for rest, conversation, and quiet moments.
We will also install outdoor fitness equipment and a Swedish wall for climbing and physical development. A football field with goals will give children space for team sports and active play.
We will equip the area with sports gear, including balls, basketball hoops, yoga mats, and exercise equipment, enabling activities like yoga, football, basketball, and morning exercises.
These additions will allow us to expand our programming beyond the walls of the house, offering art classes, sports sessions, and wellness activities in a safe, open-air environment.
The total cost of this outdoor transformation is $45,000 USD
