Ukrainian Patriot (“UP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a registered nonprofit organisation providing humanitarian aid and support to Ukraine.
These Terms apply to all website users, including those making donations, purchasing merchandise, or accessing information.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Donations

All donations are processed securely through Square. By donating, you also agree to Square’s Terms & Conditions.
Donations are non-refundable unless a duplicate transaction has occurred.
Funds will be allocated at UP’s discretion to best serve our mission and address urgent needs unless donated as “Restricted” funds for a specific campaign.
UP does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Please consult a tax professional regarding donation deductibility.

3. Merchandise & E-Commerce

All merchandise sales are processed via Square, and transactions are subject to Square’s Terms & Conditions.
Product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible; however, minor variations may occur.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery: Estimated shipping times depend on location. UP is not responsible for delays due to carriers.
Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned unworn and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed at UP’s discretion.

4. Website Use & Content

All content (text, images, logos) on this website is owned by UP and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or any action that disrupts the site.
External links (e.g., Square, social media) are provided for convenience. UP is not responsible for third-party content or policies.

UP provides aid to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific outcomes, delivery times, or availability of aid.
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. UP is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or damages arising from site use.
