DELIVERING WARMTH
WHERE IT’S NEEDED MOST
Earlier this year, Ukrainian Patriot brought in a truckload of self-heating soups, teas, and coffees with thanks to The 42 Degrees Company, in Valladolid, Spain. These self-heats are a safe, reliable source of comfort for defenders at zero line who have no access to electricity. Today, as the weather starts to cool and we move into winter months, these self-heating beverages offer a moment of respite from the harshest conditions. We need your help to close the gap so that we can continue working with this incredible group, providing “hope in a can”.

HOPE IN EVERY CAN
No matter the time of year, there are places in Ukraine where lighting a fire to cook a meal can be dangerous, or even impossible. Power outages, destroyed infrastructure, and active shelling leave people without access to hot food or drinks.
That’s why self-heating cans of soup, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are more than just convenient; they’re essential. These cans heat themselves, without electricity or fire, and can be opened and used in seconds. For defenders on the frontlines, medics working around the clock, and civilians living in frontline communities, these self-heating cans bring a moment of comfort, nourishment, and safety.
Earlier this year, a large truck with 20 pallets of these awesome self-heats rolled into Kyiv and into our warehouse. As the weather starts to cool, we have been moving these 42,456 cans to points along the front line.
The 42 Degrees Company, which creates these self-heating meals and drinks for use in off-grid environments, has been a long-time supporter of Ukraine. In fact, The 42 Degrees Company founder Flemming Jahn and Ukrainian Patriot founder Lana Niland became good friends while living in Ukraine. After 20 years in Kyiv, Flemming and his family moved to Spain, but his dedication to Ukraine has stayed strong.
Ukrainian Patriot and The 42 Degrees Company have partnered in the past to bring self-heating cans to the front line. Today, Flemming and Lana know just how beneficial this collaboration is for everyone. Most especially those who receive these rare and incredible moments of hope in a can.
We’re raising €24,000 to cover the cost of the cans and shipping from Spain. When you support this campaign, you’re not just making a donation — you’re also honouring the connection between people who love Ukraine. With your help, we’ll continue to get thousands of these cans into the hands of people who need them, quickly, directly, and with care.
Every Donation Makes a Difference
